Easter

Yesterday, as you know, was Easter Sunday. We went to Church and shared a traditional Easter dinner with friends. Dembre spent most of the day in the crate. He got a new bone for Easter so he didn't mind being left behind. As I was walking around our yard yesterday I couldn't resist taking a couple pictures of the beautiful flowers.

Also, at the last puppy class I talked to two friends about getting puppy number two and how to go about it. It makes turn-in seem WAY too close. It scares me a little bit, but a the same time I'm excited to see if Dembre makes it as a service dog :)

  2. Hey Elijah--

Beautiful flowers in your region!! So pretty. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner--been very busy this time of year. You are doing a wonderful thing raising Dembre--I was the lucky recipient of a wonderful CCI golden retriever for 11 years. Lauren--that was her name--was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Her health failed quite a bit last year, so we finally had to put her to sleep. :( But I have such happy, wonderful memories of her and me growing up! :) By the way you keep up an awesome blog!! :D
